(a) Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet.In this category of data include the IP addresses or domain
names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data, necessary for the use of web services, is also processed for the purpose of:– obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.); – check the proper functioning of the services offered.
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the User's terminal, where they are stored, and then are retransmitted to the same sites at the next visit. The data controller may communicate, for the pursuit of the above purposes, some personal data also to third parties who provide a service to the data controller and who will process such personal data as data controllers.
